Common Questions

How do I add a pet?

Tap the "+" button on the pet list screen and fill in your pet's information.

How do I log a treatment?

Open your pet's detail page and tap the "+" button. Select the product, date, and lot number.

How do I unlock all features?

Tap "Unlock VetReady" on the paywall screen to purchase unlimited pets, PDF export, and the home screen widget.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchase".
